Line Protocol DOWN on POS Interface caused by Unmatched CRC type used between NE-40 and Cisco Cat-6500/ Juniper M10 POS Interface

Issue Description
Line protocol on both POS interface (Huawei NE-40 and Cisco Cat-6500/Juniper  M10 routers) can not UP.
Alarm Information
CRC Error counter on both side POS interface of the routers is increased significantly.
Handling Process
Configure Juniper/Cisco routers to use 32 bit CRC type.
Root Cause
Missmatched CRC type used between Huawei NE-40 router on POS Interface and Cisco/Juniper routers caused the line protocol between Huawei and Juniper/Cisco routers cannot UP.
Huawei NE-40 used 32 bit CRC type by default, since Juniper M10 and Cisco Cat-6500 used 16 bit CRC type by default.
CRC type used on POS interface could be shown by POS interface display information command.
