Issue Description

How to configure CAR on sub-interface of R2631E?

Alarm Information

Null

Handling Process

The qos In command could help conduct CAR at physical interface of mid-low end router. However, sub-interface is a logic one, and it does not have the command, so it needs qos car command to configure the sub-interface. The following are the steps to configure the speed of uplink at sub-interface to 1M, and that of downlink to 2M:
1. Define the flow under ACL (bi-direction)
acl 100 match-order auto
rule normal permit ip source 10.10.10.0 0.0.0.255 destination any
acl 101 match-order auto  rule normal permit ip source any destination 10.10.10.0 0.0.0.255
2. Advertise ACL rule in sub-interface view.
[router-Ethernet0.1]qos car inbound acl 100 cir 1024000 cbs 204800 ebs 300000  conform pass exceed discard
[router-Ethernet0.1]qos car outbound acl 100 cir 2048000 cbs 409600 ebs 500000  conform pass exceed discard
3. For versions earlier than VRP1.74, it needs to disable fast forwarding at sub-interface.
[router-Ethernet0.1] undo ip fast-forwarding
