Issue Description

Difference between
Default-route-Advertise Always(Forced)
Default-route-Advertise (Non-Force)

Alarm Information

R1,R2 advertise Default-route in OSPF Area 0 to R3,
R1,R2 Recieve Default-route from EBGP from RA,RB

Handling Process

Normally USE Non-Force Mode ,i.e,only if matches default-route in the routing table ,it can Advertise,

Root Cause

A)using Force Mode(Default-route-Advertise Always)
R1 will always advertise-Default-route in the OSPF even if the EBGP peer is down and R1 has no Active Default-route in the routing Table
Same For R2
B)using Non-Force Mode(Default-route-Advertise)
R1,R2 only Advertise Default-route in OSPF Area if it matches Active default-route in the routing Table,so if the EBGP peer is down
R1,R2 will not Advertise default-route

Normally use Default-Route-advertise (Non-Force Mode)
