Two L2 ports of NE40 interconnect to MA5200 after convergence, and only one port of NE40 has traffic at outgoing direction; the traffic at incoming direction is in balance. The case is suitable for NE40/8016 at VRP3.10-22XX.
Upgrade the software of NE40 to VRP3.10-23XX(8011V100R002B03), and use ETH-TRUNK in convergence.
1. The load balance of converged L2 ports of NE40 selects route through HASH according to the source and destination MAC of packets transmitted; in the interconnection of NE40 to MA5200 through L2 convergence ports, the source MAC of packets transmitted by NE40 to MA5200 is the interface MAC of NE40, and the destination MAC is the interface MAC of MA5200; when NE40 forwards the packets, both the source and destination MAC will no change, so only one port has the traffic.
2. ETH-TRUNK of NE40 at VRP3.10-23XX selects route through HASH according to both source and destination IP addresses of packets; however, the source and destination IP addresses of packets transmitted by ETH-TRUNK of NE40 are not consistent (the addresses of different users' differ to these for access), so load balance comes to truth.
Upgrade the software to VRP3.10-23XX(8011V100R002B03) if the L2 convergence interface of NE40 is connected to L3 equipment.
