Issue Description
The scenario is the following: you have in a customer network a NE80E in service, having traffic and running with two MPU?s. Then one MPU becames to the faulty state and it is needed to replace it. You make a switchover so that the slave MPU could get the device management and
can continue working. Later a MPU spare is needed and the board arrives to the site. Usually the spare does not have the same software than the customer is
running in the network so it is needed to upload it to the board. If you do not have laboratory and you have to upload from the running NE80E when you connect to
the console port of the new MPU the system showes you you are connected to the slave MPU and you can not manage the upload process.
Alarm Information

DEAR APPROVER:
in the manual there is nothing said about upgrading a slave mpu in a running NE. it is just said how to upgrade from botroom but what I suggest is quite different so please take into account.
