Different Frame Causes CE1 Module and E1-F Module of R2631 not to Connect

Issue Description

Two R2630E routers use one CE1module and one E1-F module to connect. CE1 interface is encapsulates as E1 and E1-F interface uses default. They are not reachable.

Handling Process

Change CE1 interface encapsulation as CE1 or configure E1-F interface as non-frame.

Root Cause

E1-F interface is defaulted to frame, the matching way should be CE1. CE1 interface encapsulates as E1, the matching way should be non-frame. When CE1 interface is encapsulated as E1 and E1-F interface uses default, both sides are not reachable.
