1 .total PAT session table count------- all the sessions including 2 types of sessions:
     a.the sessions which reach the aging time are to be deleted by timer(every 2 seconds        router delete the aging sessions)
     b.the sessions are still in active.
2.active PAT session table count -------only active PAT session.
