Issue Description

Cann't using command 'dir flash:' to display files saved on flash.

Alarm Information

      <NE40>dir flash:
% Disformated device

Handling Process

<NE40> format flash:
All sectors will be erased, proceed? [Y/N]:y
Format flash: completed
After formatting, flash can be accessed.

Root Cause

1. flash is not formatted.
2. Files in flash exceed the size of flash.
3. When deleting file in flash, it does not contain /unreserved. The file is not completely deleted.

When using flash, notice the storage space of flash, and ensure there is enough space for files transmitted.
Backup files before deleting them and completely delete the files with 'delete /unreserved'.
