NE80E and C corporation's router establish OSPF neighbor. The neighbor can only reach loading state.

1. Check configuration of two ports and it is no problematic.
2. The problem occurs in the process of LSDB synchronization, check several abnormal LSA with display ospf request-queue command.
3. Turn off the router that creates abnormal LSA and OSPF neighbor reaches full state.
The reason is that NE80E receives abnormal LSA. When NE80E and C corporation's router establish OSPF neighbor, NE80E requests several LSA to C router. LSA that C rotuer sends to NE80 does not match the rule of RFC2328. NE80E refuses and continues to request these LSA. C router still sends these abnormal LSA. The neighbor cannot reach full state.
