Issue Description

Four ports of one NE40 uplink (version 2351) of some site connects different operators. Four ports are on the baord of 4 ports GBIC. Only two boards have the service before the problem. The traffic amount is 1.8. One day the client adds traffic on other two ports. NE40 attaches all MAN users and they access network slowly. There is loss.

Handling Process

Collect traffic through MRTJ and check four ports. The sum of concurrent traffic is 3.4G. It exceeds the handling of the board and there is loss. The service is influenced. Divice four ports in two boards and the service recovers.

Root Cause

NE40 is 2.5G platform. The board handles one-way concurrent traffic that cannot exceed 2.5G.
