PC1-MA5200G (PE1)-NE80E (P)-NE40E (PE2)-S8505-PC2
MA5200G (PE1) and NE40E (PE2) configure VPLS. PC1 and PC2 are in the same VPN. NE80E acts as P device. PC1 uses VLAN 1250 and PC2 uses VLAN 10.

After the configuration is finished, PC1 cannot ping PC2. But MA5200G can learn MAC address of PC2 and S8505 can learn MAC address of PC1.
Change encapsulation of two PE devices as Ethernet one and the problem is solved.
1. MARTINI VPLS between MA5200G and NE40E supports two kinds of encapsulation: vlan and ethernet.
vlan encapsulation, users' vlan tag on PE is transparently transmitted to remote PE.
Ethernet encapsulation, users' vlan tag is deleted on PE. Tag related tag according to vc id on remote PE and forward it to CE.
2. The default of two devices is vlan encapsulation, but MA5200G access users and NE40E access users use different VLAN. Ethernet encapsulation should be used.
