N1SLQ1 board is used in OSN1500, and was connected with other vendor's transmission equipment.OSN1500 reported HP_RDI alarm and other vendor's equipment reported HP_UNEQ alarm.

Upgrade the host software to 220.127.116.11, then the C2 alarm disappear on other vendor's transmission equipment.
But there are LP-UNEQ alarm on the path of PQ1 board of OSN3500 except path33 and 36, this is because of the different VC12 mapping code, HUAWEI use sequence mode,and other vendor's equipment use interleave mode.
The other vendor's equipment configuration was changed to sequence and the alarm disappeared.
This means the transmiting C2 is 0x00, but check it with command, and find it is 0x02, so make a inloop(connect pigtails), and find that the board report HP_UNEQ alarm, query C2 byte, it is 0x00, however, the transmiting C2 is also the 0x02.
The problem is caused by using mismatched software. Please degrade the line board of 11-SLQ1 from 2.15 to 1.16 to match nesoftware according to version matching table attached below:
The board software dismatch the host software, so need uniform software version.
