Handling Process

A:
1-You need to enable under the system-view globally the next command:

2-Also you need to establish a rule to count some networks or hosts, by the next commands:
[Quidway] ip count rule 10.199.201.0 255.255.255.0

[Quidway] interface ethernet 0/0
[Quidway-Ethernet0/0] ip count outbound-packets
[Quidway-Ethernet0/0] ip count inbound-packets

Suggestions

If you want to detect some big traffic on a network, in order to check which host is generating this traffic, you should configure an ip count rule for all the segment of the network.
To display the count information, please run the next commands:
[Qquidway] display ip count inbound-packets interior
Inbound packets information in interior list:
  SrcIP           DstIP           Protocol  Pkts        Bytes
  10.199.201.8    10.199.201.255  UDP       4           463
  4.2.2.2         10.199.201.34   ICMP      21          1764
  10.199.201.35   234.21.81.1     UDP       1           224
[Quidway]
[Quidway]display ip count outbound-packets interior
