There is an alarm message appering very frequently in logbuffer about "Received reset fragment".

The problem is solved after removing the unused peer configuration
[N80E]undo peer 22.214.171.124 as-number 23674
This message is about the TCP, which was caused by the BGP peer building abnormally.
peer 126.96.36.199 as-number 23674
We have to check whether the BGP peer was configed normally.
