Root Cause

When configuring AR28-11 to do shape using QoS Line Rate (LR) through Multilink PPP protocol the packets suffer a modification in header and other vendors routers (Cisco 12000 series in this case) does not understand the packets and drop it. It's possible to see in the AR28-11 interface packets output but when checking the Cisco interface there is no input. The packets are dropped but statistics does not increase even in the dropped packets. This only works when the connections are between Huawei routers.

Suggestions

There is no solution to this problem using this VRP.
To make this work it's necessary to upgrade the route engine.
The restricted version AR28-VRP340-F0305 solves this problem.
