The OSN 3500 has a TEMP_OVER Alarm in the cross-connector board. A data collect shows that the temperature of the boards is around 60 and 70 ?C. The fan speed is auto(high).
Check the temperature of the other boards in the equipment to see whether the XC board is the only one with high temperature (the board could be faulty) or all the boards in the equipment has high temperature. To do this run the following command:

If all the boards have an abnormal temperature, check the FAN of the equipment, running the following commands:
If the fans are working right but the speed is mid, low, or stop, used the following command to set it auto or high:
cfg-set-fanspeed:SpeedType; //Speed Type = high, auto, mid, stop, auto
If the fans are working high or auto(high), inform the customer that it’s necessary to check the room temperature, because it’s probable that the air conditioner is not working right and the temperature of the room is higher than the recommended value. Convince the customer to repair or install an air conditioner.
The temperature of the room where the equipment is installed is over the recommended values, because there is not an air conditioner installed.
In case that the air conditioner of the room is not working right or is not installed, it’s necessary to escalate the problem to Huawei SDM (Service Delivery Manager) and Account Manager. It’s necessary to have all the emails, minutes and documents, where you inform the temperature problem to the customer and recommended to fix or to install the air conditioner of the room, and send that to the SDM.
