   Check whether the background process of the VEA server is run:
   root@N2000SITEA # /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvc -m
      Current state of the server : RUNNING
1.Start and stop the background process of the VEA server:
     root@N2000SITEA #/opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvc     ―Start the VEA server
        root@N2000SITEA #/opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvc -k 
                  ―Stop the VEA server
2.Start VEA customer end:
root@N2000SITEA #/opt/VRTSob/bin/vea
