Q:
During a Giga Ethernet communication problem was been attended, the NE40 router where the Giga Ethernet board was installed was rebooted. After that the communication through E1s was also lost. Why the E1s communication was lost after the NE40 reboot process was applied?

Handling Process

A:
Giga Ethernet sub-board and E1s sub-board were installed in the same LPUF. The Giga Ethernet board had hardware problems. After the router was rebooted, the loading process of the Giga Ethernet board failed, generating that the entire LPUF registering process failed, disabling the E1s board usage
