During upgrade of the MA5600T V800R003C02B101 software, an error occurs when importing the packet file. The file is too large to be imported.
1. Download the UltraKit software from the support website. Input "test" in the user name after installation, and select OR3619.DAT file in the license directory of the packet file as the license file to use.
2. Select the packet file, tar the packet again after untarring the software for selecting the service board.
3. The system can import the regenerated packet software normally.
1. The packet file is larger than 20 M. The system cannot import files larger than 20 M.
The system cannot import packets larger than 20M, and you need to tar those packets again.
