CM company like to give permission to a level 1 user to run specific commands of level 3 on NE80E/NE40E routers

Handling Process

To give permission to level 1 user to run specifc  level 3 commands we use following commands.
command-privilege level 1 view shell display
command-privilege level 1 view shell display current-configuration

Root Cause

when a user telnet a router, the first view named "shell", once you type "system", you enter system view.
