%July 10 15:39:01:775 2008 Router-A PHY/2/PHY:    Serial3/0:0: Too many error packets!This should be caused by poor signal or improper channel-config.
These error message were repeating again and again.We replaced the cable , change location on DDF but still problem was there.

Too many error packets!This should be caused by poor signal or improper channel-config.

Handling Process

After troubleshooting this problem we come to know that by default configurations of e1 interface on e1 card is set to 75ohm whereas the cable we are using was 120 ohm.So we pluged out the card and turned off the dips switches to 120 ohm and again inset the card.
Now link becomes up
