Customer reported us TEMP_OVER alarm on CXL board from OSN1500.

The TEMP_OVER is an alarm indicating that the board working temperature crosses the threshold. This alarm occurs, when the system detects that the board working temperature is higher than the upper threshold or lower than the lower threshold.
Step 1 Query the settings of upper and lower temperature thresholds, and query the current board temperature. Determine whether the TEMP_OVER alarm is mistakenly reported.
Step 2 If the alarm reporting is normal, check whether the fan has a FAN_FAIL alarm. If yes, clear the FAN_FAIL alarm, and then check whether the TEMP_OVER alarm is cleared.
Step 3 If the TEMP_OVER alarm persists, check whether the air filter has accumulated to many dusts.To do so, feel the temperature and ventilation conditions beside the ventilation area. If too many
dusts are accumulated on the air filter, clean the air filter and then check whether the TEMP_OVER alarm is cleared.
Step 4 If the alarm persists, check the environment temperature of the equipment. If the environment temperature is abnormal, check whether the cooling or (warming) equipment is faulty. After ensuring that
the equipment works at a proper temperature, check whether the TEMP_OVER alarm is cleared.
The TEMP_OVER alarm is cleared only when the board temperature is 5℃ lower than the upper threshold
or 5℃ higher than the lower threshold, so that intermittent TEMP_OVER alarms can be avoided.
Step 5 If the TEMP_OVER alarm persists, check whether the board temperature chip is faulty, that is, whether there is a CHIP_ABN alarm at the local station. If yes, replace the relevant board.
The possible causes of the TEMP_OVER alarm are as follows:
1)The settings of upper and lower temperature thresholds do not meet actual situations.
2) The fan stop working or the air filter accumulates too many dusts.
3)The cooling (or warming) equipment is faulty, and causes an over high (or over low) environment temperature.
4)The board is faulty.
