How to handle a HARD_ERR alarm reported by the LWXS board

Issue Description

The LWXS board reports a HARD_ERR alarm, of which the parameters are 0x15, 0x02, 0x04, 0xff, and 0xff.

HARD_ERR alarm (reported by the LWXS board), of which the parameters are 0x15, 0x02, 0x04, 0xff, and 0xff 

Handling Process

Patch the LWXS board through Load Patch Software of the T2000.

Root Cause

As explained by the R&D Department, the alarm parameters have the following meanings:
0x15: indicates equipment.
0x02: indicates an I2C component.
0x04: indicates an AND2818 chip.
The cause of the alarm is as follows: Hardware design is modified to remove an AND2818 chip, but the software is not modified accordingly and still checks the chip. As a result, the software detects abnormal communication and reports that the chip fails. This problem should be solved through a patch.
