The online TQM board does not transmit optical power.
If an online TQM board does not transmit optical power, do as follows:
1. A TQM board that is not configured with services does not transmit optical power even if it is online. In this case, the ACT indicator is off. The ACT indicator is a flag indicating whether the TQM board is activated or not. The ACT indicator is on and the TX interface on the TQM board transmits optical power only when the TQM board is configured with services.
2. If the TQM board is configured with services but not timeslots, its TX interface emits white light and does not carry SDH frame information. After receiving the white light, the equipment reports an R_LOF alarm. Therefore, remember to configure timeslots for the TQM board.
Check whether the service configuration is correct when handling the faults of a single station. Optical power transmitting also relates to service configuration and timeslot configuration, in addition to the power-on status of the board.
