Issue Description

Handling Process

A:
The Layer 2 chip used on the TN11TBE board can redirect services to a port, port group, or LAG. To realize the point-to-multipoint service, the Layer 2 chip redirects the service to a port group only. The Layer 2 chip cannot redirect the service to a port group and to an LAG, which conflict with each other.
