The working and protection channels of the protection group are in the IN_NORMAL state. The reverttive mode is non-revertive and the switching state is manual switching or forced switching to the working channel. In this case, change the revertive mode to non-revertive. For the SWSNCP, ODUk SNCP, and client-side 1+1 protection, the switching state changes to IDLE. For the optical line protection, intra-board 1+1 protection, and the client-side 1+1 protection group for control units, the switching state remains unchanged.
When the revertive mode is set for different protection groups, the switching status may change differently.
Not necessary to handle this problem. To keep consistency in the previous scenario, issue a command to clear the switching for the optical line protection, intra-board 1+1 protection, and client-side 1+1 protection for control units, after setting the revertive mode to revertive.
The protocols for the optical line protection, intra-board 1+1 protection, and the client-side 1+1 protection (using control units) are on the board. Other protection protocols are on the SCC. The protection protocols on boards are not consistent with those on the SCC.
