Because the EFFF board supports optical-electrical interfaces, the command for setting the port rate is a bit different. Do as follows to set the port rate:
1. The driver, by default, deems the board as the optical module and automatically configures it accordingly if the following commands are not manually configured on the port.
2. If the port has been manually configured (with the following commands), you need to manually configure the port accordingly for the replacement of other optical modules. Do as follows to perform the configuration:
[90-GigabitEthernet10/0/0]speed? ......Set the rate of the electrical interface to 10/100/1000 Mbit/s.
10 Speed: 10M
100 Speed: 100M
auto Speed auto
copper set port-type copper ...........Set the rate of the electrical interface (by default, it is 1,000 Mbit/s).
fiber-100 set port-type fiber 100M ...........Set the rate of the optical interface to 100 Mbit/s.
fiber-1000 set port-type fiber 1000M ...........Set the rate of the optical interface to 1,000 Mbit/s.
