Issue Description
The platform of the N2000 BMS is Windows. The operation system is Windows 2000 SP4. The database is SQL Server 2000 SP4. The version of the N2000 BMS is V200R008B02D061SP24.
The services of the N2000 BMS cannot be started. It is found that the database service of the SQL Server is terminated. After you start the database, a message is displayed indicating that the specified file cannot be detected.

Recover the sqlservr.exe file in the antivirus software and start the database of the SQL Server. The database is started in the normal state.

Root Cause
According to the failure prompt, the services of the N2000 BMS are terminated because the SQL database cannot be started. The point is that the SQL database cannot be started. Query services by using the management tool on Windows. It is found that the startup file for the service of the SQL Server is sqlservr.exe in the ROOT\sql\bin directory. The sqlservr.exe file is not found in the directory folder. Hence, the sqlservr.exe file might be missing. Normally, files are not missing. The sqlservr.exe file must be dropped out because of certain operations.
The sqlservr.exe might be dropped out when the virus monitoring software is started to kill virus. The Rising AntiVirus Software 2008 is installed on OS. Query the scanning record. You can find that the sqlservr.exe file is isolated. The cause of the problem is clear.
