Port Rate Statistics for China Telecom Cannot Be Generated Because the Data in the Memory List of the N2000 BMS Is Inconsistent with the Data of the Device List in the Database

Issue Description
The N2000 BMS version of the digital subscriber line access multiplexer (DSLAM) of a certain office is V200R008B02D061SP24. The managed devices are the MA5100V1 and the MA5300. The file of the port rate statistics cannot be generated. Query the temporary files in the /opt/n2000/info/adsl path. It is found that the .txt file is increasing continuously, but the .old file is not overwritten.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
Restart the daemon manager processes of the MA5100 and the MA5300. The data of the two lists is consistent after the restarting. The problem can be solved successfully.
Root Cause
The handling mechanism of the N2000 BMS:
Both the idle module and the polling module have a device memory list, and the two modules maintain and update their lists independently. The port rate statistics function can be implemented only if the data of the two lists is consistent with the data of the device list in the database. The data includes the number, value, and sequence of the device IDs.
Query the logs. It is found that the device memory list of the polling module is not correct in sequence.
In addition to the preceding solution, another solution is provided by the SP26F05 and the later patches.
