MPU occurs error, error Code:20, Error message:The maximum times resend data expire.

Handling Process

After the patch was loaded to the upgraded device, the board can be normally registered.

Root Cause

After the upgrade, you need to download the interface program to the LPUs from the MPU and then write the program to the flash. However, the interval for such writing is only 5s. In the case of timeout, the MPU automatically resets the boards. Owing to the constant expansion of the interface program and the slow writing of the program to the flash by the existing board, the LPUs are reset once and again. In the 2358 patch, the interval for such writing is prolonged.

Generally, in the upgrading process, the patch is loaded after the boards are registered. However, after the NE80 is upgraded to a certain version, some existing boards can be registered only after the patch is loaded.
