Issue Description

The master/slave switchover occurred between the NE80Es. After the master/slave switchover, the device ran normally

Handling Process

You can run the following commands to view the exception if the MPU of the NE80E is rebooted:[NE80E]dis exception 1 slave

Exception Number: 0x200

If the exception number displayed is 0x200, the soft failure occurs to the CPU 7447A chip. It may happen in the following cases:
1. The board is rebooted repeatedly. You can replace the board with a new one to fix the problem.
2. If the board runs normally after resetting, you can continue using the board because the failure occurs with a low probability. 


Root Cause

Exception Number: 0x200
The MPU was rebooted abnormally due to the 0x200 exception, indicating the failure of the CPU7447A chip. This exception was mainly caused by the incorrect command or data read from the cache by the CPU. 



In terms of MPU exceptions, first check whether the fault is caused by the failure of the CPU750 (whether alarms are given), or the soft failure of the CPU 7447A chip. It is highly possible that the fault is caused by either of the two preceding reasons.
