GP MSD Engineer Claim that between four links one link didn’t work at Savar site and found in-error in the log file. This port 1/0/4 was administratively up but the traffic send and receive was interrupted on this link. (Please see attachment diagram).
So, I went there and checked this link 1/0/4 but I didn’t found any problem of this link.
Besides, I saw that another three link was working properly. So, I checked that the configuration script of four links and detect that there is no problem of configuration.
I went to GP-Savar Site and checked the fiber cable by using fiber cable tester and found that fiber cable value was:-6.12 db that’s means it was good then I test the connectivity of Jumper cable between NE40E & Juniper Router. I found that the connectivity was loose. When I plugged-in this cable tightly then found that this link was ok.We checked that-
Dis int gigabit Ethernet 1/0/4
Then found that there is no in-error in the view. The send and receive is normal like other links.
So, GP MSD Engineer observed this link for the next four hours then found this link was working properly.
In this way I resolved the problem of this link. Now, it is working appropriately.
I went to GP and checked this link and found in-error in the log-view. I saw that there was no problem in the configuration file. This port 1/0/4 was administratively up but traffic send and receive was interrupted.

Port-queue af1 wfq weight 30 outbound
So, I shut down this port and undo shut it then checked it and saw that the same problem.
As, the four links configuration is same and another three links are working properly so, I thought that the fiber cable must be problematic or connection must be loose between these two links.
If such kinds of problem occur then we should shut down this corresponding port so that other services will not interrupted by this problem. After resolving this problem then we can up this port.
