Issue Description

The version is V100R005C02B01B. After SPC018 is patched, the ME60 displays an alarm.

Alarm Information

Dec 24 2008 18:51:16 ME60 %%01VFS/4/OPEN_FAIL(D): Failed to open the given file. Error info: Invalid access mode 4112.(V014756)
Dec 24 2008 18:51:16 ME60 %%01RSA/4/READ_OPEN_FILE_ERR(D): Failed to open file when reading key!

Handling Process

Use one of the solutions:
1. Run the protocol inbound telnet command on user-interface VTY.
2. Run the rsa local-key-pair create command globally to generate an RSA key pair.

Root Cause

This alarm is generated because no RSA key pair is generated on the ME60 with the SSH enabled. User-interface VTY allows packets of any protocols to access by default.
