there is an alarm appeared on GSCC Board in OSN 3500 that was installed in slot 18 a without any board in slot 17.
so we get a new board and install it in slot 17 then make copy from slot 18 to slot 17 and after that remove faulty board from slot 18.
the managment is connected from OSN 3500 to cisco switch related to the customer then to the management location.
after change the board , the customer from managent can't ping or login the site.
check on all the configuration and IP,ID Submask and gateway, all is the same like the old one.
let the customer clear the Vlan assigned for the old GSCC from the router by command : 'clear arp cash Vlan'
and ping it again to save its MAC address in the routing table then the customer can ping it from the management location.
each board has MAC address saved in the routing table for the router and this new board its MAC address is not found in the routing table for the cisco router.
