Service configured between SNCP ring and MSP ring is down due to two fiber cuts in MSP ring and one fiber cut in SNCP ring

Issue Description
Services are configured from 107-Metpali to 32-Mancherial are down when there is fiber-cut between 30-Nizamabad to 31-Jagital, 31-Jagital to 107-Metpali and 32-Mancherial to 31-Jagital  respectively during the same time.
Alarm Information
R-LOS on corresponding ports and the service is affected.
Handling Process
Ensure that the services which are configured are on the same timeslots, on the entire Protection Subnet.
Root Cause
When the cross-connections are checked on the corresponding NEs which participate in both the rings. i.e. 30-Nizamabad and 31-Jagital, the VC4 on which the services are dropped are on different time slots. As in this case the cross-connections on 31-Jagital are from 8-N1SL64-1(SDH-1)  VC4:30  -  11-N1SL64-1(SDH-1)  VC4:1 which 
 When there is a network with the SNCP as well as MSP Ring sharing, the services must be configured in same time slots.
