Issue Description

The N2000 BMS server is installed on the SUN 5220T. After the SUN 5220T is connected to a monitor, operations cannot be performed to the N2000 BMS through the monitor. The monitor displays a dark screen.

Alarm Information

Null

Handling Process

1. Check each connection. The connections are good.
2. It is suspected that a hardware fault occurs. Use another monitor of the same model. The fault persists.
3. Log in to the N2000 BMS server through the serial port and perform the following operations:
root@HWEPONN2000 # eeprom |grep put
output-device=virtual-console
input-device=virtual-console
The input and output modes are incorrect. Change the input and output modes as follows:
root@HWEPONN2000 # eeprom
root@HWEPONN2000 # eeprom input-device=keyboard
root@HWEPONN2000 # eeprom output-device=screen
The input and output modes are changed to the keyboard and monitor respectively. Operations can be performed through a monitor and a keyboard. The problem is solved.

Root Cause

1. Hardware fault
2. Connection fault
3. Other faults

Suggestions

After a monitor is connected, you cannot log in to the N2000 BMS server through the serial port. To log in to the N2000 BMS server through the serial port, remove the keyboard and the mouse.
