customer reported that one metro 1000V3 equipment out of control on T2000, and the interconnect equipment optical port report R_LOS.
1、Measure the equipment power, it is -52.3v, and interruption secondly it has no volt abnormal change.
2、Suspicion that the power module broken, and after changed the power module and rack, problem still existed.
3、Change the SCB board, the problem still existed so the equipment did not have problem.
4、Then customer told us that they had just installed a new BTS equipment, the equipment just powered on when the problem happened. So we shut this new BTS equipment, and the problem on M1000 dispeared. Then we powered on that BTS again, and M1000 problem restored.
That is proved that, the BTS influenced our M1000V3 equipment, so we suggested to customer that remove the M1000V3 to a new rack which was far away from the BTS. So there was no R_LOS reported any more.
