Even if the Port description is configured correctly on MA5600T the element manager is not able to compile this field, also after a syncronization process.
This Happens on N2000BMS V200R011C33B036
enter the isql command entry mode on Solaris EM server;
2, use the command:
>update BMSDB..bms_cfg_tab set CfgValue = '1' where CfgName = 'BMS_USERLABEL_CONSISTENCY_TYPE'
>update BMSDB..bms_cfg_tab set CfgValue = '0' where CfgName = 'USERLABEL_FROM_DEV_FLG'
After the correct data entry is needed to restart on system monitor the following processes:
- XDSL Process
-Device Manager Process
-PVC Service Process
The problem is surely caused by EM.
The MA5600T correctly receive and saves the command.
Also a customer Tool that read directly the data from Network element is able to display the informations correctly.
