The voice service on certain MxUs connected to an MA5680T is abnormal, with frequent conversation interruption. Besides, the MG interface disconnection alarm is often generated on the MxUs, and packet loss is severe when the gateway is pinged by using the IP address of the MG. The PPPoE service and the N2000 BMS, however, are normal.

Configure link aggregation on the S8016 to transparently transmit all service VLANs. Then, the voice service recovers.
Packet loss occurs when the gateway is pinged from the MxU. This indicates that the channel from the MxU to the gateway has problems. The possible causes are as follows:
1. The link from the MxU to the NE40E has problems. This possible cause is ruled out because only the voice service is abnormal and other services are normal.
2. The MAC address learning of the MA5680T is abnormal. Check the MAC address entries on the MA5680T, finding that the MAC addresses of the MxUs with the abnormal voice service often fail to be learned by upstream port 0/19/1 (that is, the MAC address drift occurs).
3. Check data configuration on the MA5680T. It is found that upstream ports have already been configured with link aggregation, and upstream ports 0/19/0 and 0/19/1 transparently transmit all service VLANs. Then, check data configuration on the S8016, finding that link aggregation is not configured and that port 2/0/13 corresponding to port 0/19/1 transparently transmits only VLAN 705. Therefore, the MAC address drift problem occurs only on VLA N 705 and services of this VLAN are affected.
