Alarm about DB failure
please check the attachment photo<<backup-file-failed.jpg>>
modify the directory configuraion on BMS data center,
1. log in as administrator.
2. on file-->Options
set directory for backup as D:/backup
Change directory from C: to D:/backup
(please check the attach screenshot photo <<modify the directory of DC tool.jpg>>
3.After modify the directory, then test it again, the problem was solved.
1.Check the DC Process on Sysmonitor, the DCServer runing normally, please referrence the attachment photo <<process status.jpg>>
2.Test the TFTP Server, the TFTP Server running normally. pleaser referrence the attachment photo<<datacenter-test-tftp.jpg>>and <<datacenter.jpg>>
3. After caputer the packet for analzye , the Root Cause is because of the Directory configuraion is wrong,. futther investiage the background informaiotn is like this:due to lack of space on C: drive, the BMS backup folder was moved to D: drive. But the customer forgot to reconfigure tftp32 software and databackup center
