Failure to Synchronize the MA5680T on the BMS Because the MA5680T Is Not Configured with FTP

Issue Description

In an office, after the MA5680T is added to the BMS, it is found that the information about the MA5680T failed to be synchronized. 
N2000 BMS version: V200R012C03
MA5680T version: MA5600V800R006C02SPH103

Alarm Information

The BMS shows that certain modules of the MA5680T failed to be synchronized. 

Handling Process

In the case of version MA5600V800R006C02SPH103 of the MA5680T, the FTP server is required to synchronize the information about the MA5680T to the BMS. If the FTP server is not configured, certain modules of the MA5680T failed to be synchronized to the BMS. In this case, in version MA5600V800R006C02SPH103 of the MA5680T, the user name and password of the FTP server must be set and these settings must be the same as those set on the BMS server. 
The configuration commands are as follows:
MA5680T(config)#ftp 
{ clear<K>|set<K> }:set 
  Command:
          ftp set 
  User Name(<=40 chars):root
  User Password(<=40 chars):
