One customer has an OSN3500 like a main subrack is working normally, they wanted to upgrade the equipment to extended subrack, for this they bought new
subrack two new SSN1SXCSB boards, two new SSN1XCE boards, four cables (numbered 04045569 or 04045486) that provide service connections between the
main subrack and the extended subrack, One crossover network cable and one N1AUX board.
They made the physical installation following the upgrade guide, but they couldn't find the J9 Jumper in the AUX board, like result they didn't remove the cap from J9
Jumper and the extended subrack was showed in the T2000 but the TU boards were not recognized in the extend subrack.
When they add the board by T2000 the board shows BD_STATUS.
They didn't find in the new AUX board the J9 Jumper (The jumper switch of the N1AUX is on the lower right side of the board). They said that the boars is N1AUX but is
and there is not J9.
According R&D, the jumper in the New N1AUX with BOM 03037098, has different location, please checked the attached pictures (N1AUX J9 Jumper.PNG and Circuit

For the jumper, it is under the cover-board, if you want to switch it, you should use a screwdriver to take it off. With the picture we could find the J9. Is a little difficult to look and handling but you can
We removed the cap from the J9 jumper and the extended subrack recognized the TU boards.
The subrack changes to an extended subrack only after you remove the cap from the J9 jumper.
Check the hardware of AUX board.
