Slot=xx; PICyy of LPUxx checked interrupt, because LANE3_CTC_ERR of PCS STATUS is detected. (Reason="NP-3 10G MAC PCS LANE3 CTC FIFO Error!")
Handling Process
Remove and reinstall the CR52L1XX, the CR52EBGF, or the CR52EBGE.
Applying the following commands, it can help determine whether the FPIC is properly installed:
[Quidway -diagnose]efu hal <slotid> reg dis 28 06 00 (PIC 0)
[Quidway -diagnose]efu hal <slotid> reg dis 28 07 00 (PIC 1)
If the returned value is all 0s, shown as follows, the FPIC is properly installed.

If the returned value is not 0, the FPIC needs to be removed and installed once again.
