OSN 6800&8000 SCC keeps a BIOS status, and the indicator stays at RED status.
1. To get a normal NESOFT:
Look for a normal NE; Login NE by Navigator, Open FTP function by this command :cm-set-ftp:open;
Then, by FTP, Copy the hwx and FGPA folders from this NE, and save into a local computer.
2. Put two jumper caps to make OSN 6800 SCC board run at BIOS status in the master subrack's primary SCC slot. (refer to the attachment)
3. Clear the content of SCC running at BIOS status (NE IP is: 184.108.40.206)
Set the IP of local computer as 129.9.*.*, use a lan cable to connect the computer with NM_ETH1 or NM_ETH2 of AUX board.
Login by FTP, clear the mfs, ofs1 and ofs2 and their content.
4. Copy NESOFT
Form the local computer, find the NESOFT that has been backup in step 1, copy hwx and fpga folders into this NE's osf1 and osf2 folders.
5. Run the new NESOFT:
Remove the jumper caps that has been put in step 2, and let the SCC run in the master subrack's primary SCC slot. Check if it can run normally:
a. use command :hsc-get-work to check if two SCC boards are in "good" status.
Work-Status : 18 Good 17 Good
b. use command :hbu-get-backup-info to check if it is 0x00000003 (normal status)

OSN 6800&8800 SCC runs into abnormality and keeps a BIOS status. It can be restored by copying a set of good hwx and fpga from a normal NE into the folder of
osf1 and osf2 of this abnormal NE.
