Issue Description
 Networking: PC---DSLAM---Switch---ME60
Web users attached to the ME60 cannot obtain IP addresses. 

Alarm Information

Handling Process
 1. Check the configurations of the ME60, including the address pool, pre-authentication domain, and default authentication domain. service-type his needs to be configured for the two domains.
2. Check whether the ME60 has a license. It is found that the ME60 lacks a license but has been installed with the patch V100R005C02SPC022, which allows up to 4 K access users by default.
3. Check why the login fails.

It is found that the board in slot 8 is an MSU, which causes the problem. MSUs can only process upstream services. After services are switched to a BSU, the problem is rectified. 

Root Cause
 Possible causes are as follows:
1. Web configurations on the ME60 are incorrect.
2. The ME60 has no license.
3. The board on the ME60 is faulty.
