we found that some CX600 GE interface have automatic up/down problem itself.

it is a very strange problem, we have 10 of CX600, and 2 of them have this problem , the others are OK , both hardware and software of these CX600 all same.
We make trouble shooting about this problem for a long time, at the end, analyse the hardware with CX600 hardware engineer ,find this reason is: the interface card is too tighten with PIC card, need to change loose a little.
The PCS module of the L1XX subcard fails.
PhysicalName=LPU Board 8 Event Type=equipmentAlarm PhysicalContainedIn=524288
Relative Resource= Reason=LPU8 is failed, PCS STATUS of PIC0 is abnormal
The physical entity fails,probably due to component failure.
The connector between the PIC card and LPU is not well connected or the PIC card is abnormal.
If found the GE interface automatic up/down without any reason, this case can solved this strange problem.
