iManager N2000 bktool backup DB failure due to wrong bmsuser rights

Issue Description

product version:V200R012C05SPC121, HA watchman system. OS: Solaris 10.
Database couldn't be backuped by BKTOOL, an error occures: not sufficient space for backup, at the same time there is 22G free space on disk.

Alarm Information

Not sufficient disk space for backup.

Handling Process

1. Check whether directory for backup davice is present and whether rights are added to this directory.
2. Check whether sufficient disk space for backup on backup device.
3. Submit problem to GTAG and receive solution:
need to add sybase & bmsuser users into root group.
Operation flow is like that:
1)input "smc" and show the Managerment tools gui.
2) select the "system configureation " and use root user to login
3)Select the "Groups" and join the sybase user into the root group,click the OK button
4) After the above, please restat the SYBASE and N2000 BMS.

2. Check whether sufficient disk space for backup on backup device.
