One day, customer report that they configurate a EPL service use N1EMS4 board, use one VCTRUNK to bind 8 VC4, and the 8 VC4 use different trail,LCAS is also
enabled. when customer delete one VC4 trail, all the services will interrupt for 4-5 seconds.

Because the LCAS can't protect service without interrupt when there is SDH alarm, so use SNCP to protect the service.
When board enable LCAS, if VCTRUNK add or increase bind bandwidth dynamicly, services won't interrupt, but when fiber cut or cross connection delete or other
problem happen, there is several factors which will affect services resume time,
1, alarm detect, when there are some problem happen, such as fiber cut, delete service. LCAS will get the alarm from line board after a few time;
2,protocel function, when protocel get the alarm, it need time to have function;
3,services resume, services resume also need a few time.
So, services interrupt for a few seconds is normal when cross connection is deleted.
When LCAS is enable, when SDH problem happen such as fiber cut, lose cross connection or other problem, services need several seconds to resume.
