due to CRC's on upstream port caused mA5616 high temperature problem

Issue Description
High temperature and IPTV service abnormal (pixeling) is reported on MA5616
      Version:     MA5616V800R307C00

  FAN temperature:   46.0C
Handling Process
1. Fan tray was replaced and the issue persisted
2. Power feeding was cheacked and it was normal but issue persisted
3. groudning conection was checked and it was normal but issue persisted
4. NE (boards) was cleaned
5. It was identified there was CRC's on upstream port, so it was necessary to clean optical fiber and connector.
6. PAIB board was replaced
After operations above mentions it was confirmed service got normal as well as temperature.
Root Cause
1.- FAN damaged
2.- Power abnormal
3.- Grounding abnormal
4.- Dust
