one day, wireless engineer come to upgrade BSC equipment TC subtruck, after upgrade the TC sbutruck, TC subtruck restart constantly, and service interrupt for
6 hours. OSN engineer set loop back in OSN equipment then the TCsubtruck can start, service resume.
From the interconnect line board can see the follow alarm
Disable all the J1 and J2 byte, then it is ok, TC substruck can reset without problem
because the OSN version is 126.96.36.199. the line board is ssn1slh1, check the alarm find HP_TIM alarm, and this alarm report for only a very short time, discuss
with wireless R&D, find that when TC subtruck restart it will output non-fixed J1 byte for very short time, so OSN will report HP_TIM alarm and insert HP_RDI alarm to the TC direction, TC subtruck restart will check the high level and
low level alarm, so TC can't restart. If TC can start successfully, it will send fixed J1 byte.
when there is such interface problem, usually we need to set the J1 disable, because the wireless or core network equipment sometime don't send a fixed J1 byte,
OSN equipment will report HP_TIM and insert HP_RDI alarm.
